Prideful: Takes pride and works hard to be the best blacksmith in town()
Has her own sense of justice: Sh is typically fair minded. She would never over price her goods unless she thinks the buyers could afford to lose a few coins for their health.

• Appearance: Elli is quite tall at 6’3. She has short, pale blonde hair, very fair skin, and light blue eyes. She is muscular, especially her arms, from a life spent training as a blacksmith with her father. She has a more masculine build, which was advantageous when traveling, because people couldn’t always tell if she was a man or a woman. She often appears a bit dirty because she essentially lives in her forge.

• History: She is the only child of Calder Caldersson, the blacksmith and his wife, Elin Gunnarsdóttir. Despite many attempts to have more children, they were unsuccessful and it eventually cost Elin her life when Elli was still fairly young. Her father grew to hate Elli, and she him, but despite that he needed someone to carry on their Smithy. To be rid of her he sent her abroad to learn new ways to forge. She spent nearly 10 years traveling on merchant ships as far as she could and learning as many new forging techniques as possible. On a raid while she was away her father was crippled, and called her back home to kill him like a warrior, but she refused and is forcing him to live out the rest of his days at their home, taken care of by a servant. She lives mostly in the forge, where the small runt of a kitten named Soot she nursed back to health watches her work. She learned new ways to forge while away and is able to produce excellent, nearly peerless weapons and armor, though they take months to create and refine, so the majority of the weapons she creates are made the more traditional way.

So now Elli spends most of her time making weapons for the warriors of Uddevalla and as she’s only been back in Uddevalla for a couple years, is trying to reconnect with her former friends and acquaintances.
