Age: 28 Born: Skagerrak Resident: Skagerrak Rank: Radningar Family: Father: Gunnar Hàkonsson, living Mother: Aife Odinsdóttir, living Siblings: None History: Born and raised in Skagerrak, Brynjar had started training to be a Viking from a young age. His father was a Viking and his mother had been a Pict slave, taken and claimed by his father. Eventually his mother Aife married his father, their love for one another overtaking the matter of her kidnapping. Gunnar had begun teaching Brynjar to fight, while Aife, a great huntress, taught him how to track and hunt. This skill, along with his father's teachings, helped Brynjar to secure the title of Radningar.
Personality: Brynjar is mostly the quiet type, often mistaken for shy, which is strange for a man of his size. He only opens up once he knows a person, and then it is hard to keep him quiet. He enjoys joking, and laughing, and can be heard doing both during a battle, where he carries a greatsword and a shield. He also enjoys hunting, when he is not training. He does not take much seriously, and is very hard to offend. Once offended though, he can be a formidable opponent, since he is so well liked by those who know him, when you make an enemy of him, his friends are quick to follow his judgement.
In battle, he is relentless. He leads his men in to battle, always eager to begin killing. He is not the quickest man on the field, owing to his size, but his physical force more than makes up for it.
