To say that Sofie was having a rough morning would be putting it lightly. First she had over slept and missed out on being at training with her normal group of friend. So she had to train with some of the people who weren't her most favorite people. Such as the woman she had played her trick on for being rude about Freyja, and of course she had been very hard and rough that Sofie almost got cut by her sword. Then when she got home she had went to go bath and Visna was still in the bath and taking forward to get ready so she had to sit around all sweaty and gross. She would pay her sister back for taking forever, surely Visna knew she was beautiful and didn't need to take ten years to get ready. Or maybe she did? Maybe all her beauty was because she took forever to get ready. Sofie knew that those thoughts were just her anger speaking, for even though they fought at times. Sofie loved all of her sisters to death, and they were all breath taking.

When she finally got to bathe and get clean the water wasn't that warm. Sure most of these things were stupid things to get mad about. Even more so when Sofie knew people were starving while she had a nice home and ate everyday. She was still annoyed none the less, and if she was honest most of her annoyance was from that stupid Shield maiden Freydis. Almost everything about her made Sofie mad, ands he knew the women sometimes did it on purpose. Like she would talk a little louder when she was talking badly about her family, she knew it was because deep down the other women was jealous, but it didn't make Sofie any less mad about it ether. Sofie was honestly shocked Runa, or Freyja hadn't beaten the women. Sofie knew she wanted to do it. She would have done it already if it wasn't for the fact she would get in trouble with Freyja and the higher up Vikings. Once she was a shield maiden herself, if the other women was still bad mouthing her sisters she would challenge her to a fight.

Sofie was now sitting at the table picking at her meal, an look of annoyance on her face as she took bites of food here an there. If her head she was forming a plan of sorts. She was planing out one of her tricks, and how to get away with it without getting in trouble this time. Maybe she would find some siders and put them in the girls bed, even though she hated bugs she would power through it to get her back. Or maybe she could find out who the shield maiden liked and then go and flirt with them, if they weren't ugly that is. Sofie knew she was much prettier then Freydis anyways. Stabbing a piece of meat with her fork she looked up to see almost all her sisters had left. All that was left at the table was herself and Freyja."How mad would you be if I injured someone on purpose?" Sofie said as she looked at her eldest sister with a bright and beautiful smile. Trying to look as innocent as she could."Like just a deep cut on the face or arm? Would that get me in a lot of trouble?" she said next with a bat of her eyes."Because if that bitch Freydis doesn't stop talking bad about our family I'm going to do it." she said lastly as a smirk crossed her face and she crossed her arms. She had also in her own way told her sister what was bugging her. For she knew it was only a matter of time that she was going to ask."Plus she tired to hurt me in training today. She would have too if I wasn't getting stronger than her." she said before her smirk changed to a darker look.

PostSubject: Re: calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir EmptyThu Nov 16, 2017 2:02 am

Freyja was having a lovely morning. She hadn’t overslept, she’d been the first one up and had even run a few errands early in the morning before heading back home for breakfast with her sisters. Ever since she’d decided to take a little more time for herself, to enjoy herself and actually have a life outside of ship building, she’d found her life to be a bit less stressful, a bit more carefree. Now if only she could find a couple village kids who wanted to become her apprentices, she might even be able to move on from shipbuilding entirely.

Her sisters slowly trickled out of the house to get on with their days, until it was only Freyja and Sofie left at the table. She’d had no trouble at all noticing her sister wasn’t in a particularly pleasant mood and didn’t want to do anything to further upset the seventeen year old.

Sisters, the blonde had learned, were tricky. For example, Rúna was quite like Freyja, in that she was honest and blunt and easy to talk to because you always knew where you stood with her or what was on her mind. And Tóra was shy and sweet and hardly gave anyone any trouble at all. Visna and Sofie, on the other hand, were not exactly like anyone else. Visna was proper and liked pretty things and Freyja had to be careful what she said to her because sometimes she embarrassed her sister without meaning to. And with Sofie, well Sofie was a trouble maker.

Which was made quite clear when the very first thing she said to Freyja was ‘how mad would you be if I injured someone on purpose.’ She sighed, put the piece of bread she was eating down on her plate and pushed it away from her, while turning to give her sister her full attention. “Is it one of us?” was Freyja’s first question. She knew the four of them argued with each other just as often as they argued with her, and occasionally Freyja wanted to strangle a few of them, so she thought it was a valid question.

Ah. Freydis. Freyja wasn’t a fan of the shield maiden either, and if she thought she could get away with it, she’d probably have challenged the bitch herself. But shield maidens were important people. Almost as important as shipbuilders, she thought, trying to remind herself why Freydis was a bitter, jealous bully in the first place. But you weren’t allowed to maim people just because they were rude to you. Especially when said bully was one of the people in charge of training your kid sisters around sharp, dangerous weapons. Plus, Freyja didn’t think Haskell would appreciate her attacking his shield maidens. He took his job very seriously.

Well, are you able to be discreet about it? Not like last time,” she added, sending Sofie a sideways glance. “And, honestly, that’s the best way to get back at her; Be better than her and beat her fair and square in training. But, if you think you can get away with it, I won’t stop you.” This was probably not the most mature or responsible answer but Freyja wasn’t her mother. And Freydis deserved whatever Sofie might decide to dish out.

Sofie had to do her best not to role her eyes at her sister when she heard her say Is it one of us?” to her. Even if it had been one of them to get her this upset she would just play a trick and be over it. She would never think about hurting one of her sisters, even if a lot of them drive her insane. Well many Visna drove her in sane, with how perfect she thought herself to be. It was likes he thought it didn't smell whens he used the pot or something sometimes. However even though Visna drove her crazy she still loved her and would never hurt her. No the feelings she were feeling right now were not for anyone in her family, but instead of answering her sister she just ignored the comment and went on with explaining why she was so man in the first place.Talking about it and saying the things she was saying out loud to her older sister was already helping her start to calm down as well which was nice. Sofie was shocked when she heard her sister speak again “Well, are you able to be discreet about it? Not like last time,” followed by “And, honestly, that’s the best way to get back at her; Be better than her and beat her fair and square in training. But, if you think you can get away with it, I won’t stop you.” to her.

Never in a million years did Sofie think her big sister would say anything like she had just said. Freyja was always telling Sofie not to play tricks and to keep her angry in check. But here she was telling her she could do it, but she needed to be more discreet about it then she had been the first time. Smiling a real large smile at her older sister she got excited and said "Oh I won't get caught this time. Not a chance." to Freyja. "And I could totally beat her now, but I was worried that Haskell would get angry with me for challenging his warriors." she said with an eye roll. He was a very serious man that Haskell. He had been one of the people who had been the most "disappointed" in her when she played her first trick. He had thought that telling her of his disappointment would make her feel bad, and in a way it had. But it had also made her want to trick Freydis even more for telling on her like she had in the first place. "So I have a few ideas, and I want your thoughts." Sofie said as she placed her hands onto the table.

Taking a deep breath she got ready to talk a lot."So the bitch it scared of spiders, so my first thought was to put like five or six in her bed without her finding out,and although I hate bugs, it would be worth it." she said first with a laugh."Or I could hit on the man she likes, granted that is Haskell I'm pretty sure, I'm a very attractive girl, so I think I could pull it off. Even though he is way older. she said the last part with a smirk and an eyebrow raised. "Lastly I could take her sword to your boyfriend Hankon and have him change it a little bit, like weaken it so she wouldn't see it looking at it. Then challenge her to a fight and watch as her stupid sword break. That one is a little bit harder thought." she said with a shrug of her shoulder. Letting out a huff a air she looked at her sister. Freja must hate the shield maiden just as much as she did, or there was no way in the world that she would be letting her do this. "I'm also open to your ideas. You are older and more "wise" then I am" she said lastly as she crossed her arms back for her chest and waited to see what dear Freyja said next.

PostSubject: Re: calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir EmptyThu Nov 16, 2017 9:48 am

Freyja couldn’t help but roll her eyes when Sofie assured her that she would most certainly not get caught pulling pranks on Freydis. Unlike last time. For Freyja, the fact that there was a last time wasn’t exactly going in Sofie’s favor, but again, she wasn’t her mother. And Sofie was an adult now, she could make her own decisions, and live with the consequences. Freyja was also slightly skeptical of the brunette’s confidence in her own ability, but didn’t think it would be helpful for anyone to phrase it in such a way.

You don’t want to be too overconfident,” she warned simply, but shook her head at Sofie’s comment about Haskell. “I don’t think he’d be upset, exactly. Especially if you phrased it as a training exercise instead of a challenge.” Sometimes she wondered if Sofie really thought things through. “Haskell is supposed to be training warriors, he’ll only be impressed if you’re able to beat her. But,” she emphasized that there was a but, to make sure the seventeen year old was listening, “if you challenge her, and lose, she looks like the shield maiden who taught an overconfident and troublesome frú a lesson, and you look foolish.” Freyja paused again for effect. “If you fight her in training, you look determined and dedicated to improving, which is not a bad trait in a warrior. And if you win, then you’ve taken her down a few pegs.

Freyja might not have become a shield maiden, but she was intelligent, knew how to fight, and had a fairly good idea of how Haskell handled that sort of thing. They were friends, and he’d been one of the vikings who’d trained her, after all.

I’m listening,” she replied when Sofie told her she had some ideas. Freyja was a bit afraid of these ideas, if she was being honest. Having been the victim of some of Sofie’s more harmless pranks, she could only imagine what sort of malevolence her sister could think up when she was really angry.

She laughed out loud at the spider idea. “If you choose that one, I’ll help you. I’m not afraid of spiders.” Of course, she couldn’t be seen to be involved in any way, or Haskell probably wouldn’t be too thrilled with her. But sisterly bonding was important. And it was her job, as big sister, to save Sofie from spiders. Her hands were simply tied.

Freyja didn’t like the idea of Sofie flirting with Haskell just to get back at Freydis. He didn’t deserve to be involved in the frú’s pranks. “I don’t like that one. Leave Haskell out of it. He’s a friend of mine, and he certainly won’t take it kindly if he discovers why you’re flirting with him.” She knew Sofie didn’t mean any real harm, but occasionally she needed to take her eyes off the prize and make sure she wasn’t leaving too much collateral damage in her wake.

She was shaking her head again as Sofie described her next plan. . “Hakon wouldn’t do that, first of all. That’s no way to win a fight, second of…” Freyja had been in ‘find the flaws in Sofie’s plans’ mode, and hadn’t immediately registered what her sister just said. “What did you call him?” Narrowing her eyes at the brunette because she knew exactly what she’d just called him, Freja continued to shake her head. “Don’t say things like that.

PostSubject: Re: calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir EmptyThu Nov 16, 2017 7:12 pm

Sofie rolled her eyes when she heard Freyja say “You don’t want to be too overconfident,”to her. That was such an older sister thing to say. Sofie wasn't stupid, overconfidence would cloud your mind and make you make a mistake. Sofie had no plans of making an mistake this time, no they were never know it was her. She was going to make the bitch stop one way or another. “I don’t think he’d be upset, exactly. Especially if you phrased it as a training exercise instead of a challenge.” Freyja said next and that however got her mind working. That was true, if she could word it right, then she could totally fight the women without getting in trouble.“Haskell is supposed to be training warriors, he’ll only be impressed if you’re able to beat her. But,” Freyja said next followed by “if you challenge her, and lose, she looks like the shield maiden who taught an overconfident and troublesome frú a lesson, and you look foolish.”That was also true. She didn't want to look foolish in front of him and make him think her a child any more than he already did. “If you fight her in training, you look determined and dedicated to improving, which is not a bad trait in a warrior. And if you win, then you’ve taken her down a few pegs. Freyja ended with. She was glad she brought this up already. Freyja was giving her a lot to think about. This was one of the many reasons older sisters were a good thing.

"I know, I won't be fucking this up this time. Overconfidence clouds your mind....and thats a good point I don't want to make a fool of myself, and I won't.... When I beat her she will maybe shut her mouth and leave us all alone. Thanks." she said as she bit her lip in thought. The idea of taking the other girl down a peg or ten made her smile brightly. She would rather just punch her in her face, but fighting her and winning would be so much more sweet. The look on her face when she lost to a Frú, It would be the perfect gift to Sofie."Your very helpful.." she said next before she told her sister all her ideas of horrible things that she could try to do to the other women. When she had finished each idea she waited to see what her sister had to say or what she thought. “If you choose that one, I’ll help you. I’m not afraid of spiders.” she said when Sofie had talked about putting siders in the women bed, and Sofie smiled even more. Oh thank the Gods, yes you can gather the spiders. I would rather set my hands on fire, but I hate the women so I was going to do it anyways" she said with a shudder just thinking about touching the bugs.

Then she watched Freyja's reaction to flirting with Haskell, she didn't seem as thrilled with that idea and said “I don’t like that one. Leave Haskell out of it. He’s a friend of mine, and he certainly won’t take it kindly if he discovers why you’re flirting with him.” to her. Sofie tried to hold in a laugh and failed."Please, he is like way older than I am. He would be thrilled that a young beautiful girl is giving him attention.Besides if he flirted back I would keep it up and never tell him, he's hot...for an older guy. I want to find a husband some time soon anyways....so who knows?" she said smiling wide and bright making sure to send her sister a wink. She was half joking with some of the things she said, but not really at the same time. Sofie enjoyed getting a rise out of her sisters so she hoped Freyja knew that was part of the reason she said those things. She knew she was attractive and her sisters knew that she could be on the vain side when it came to that.Besides she really did want to find a husband at some point too.

Lastly Freyja reacted to her last plan, the less thought out one that had some flaws. “Hakon wouldn’t do that, first of all. That’s no way to win a fight, second of…”Sofie smirked waiting for her sister to go on, knowing she had caught what she had said. “What did you call him?” Freyja said next and Soife bit her lip not to laugh as her sister when on to say. “Don’t say things like that.” and that was what made her lose it. Sofie grabbed her side and laughed so much she almost fell out of her chair. "You should have seen your face!" she said in her laughs. "I thought you wouldn't even hear me say it, and you would agree without knowing, but oh this reaction is so much better." she said next as she laughed and laughed. She had just been messing around, but when Freyja narrowed her eyes and gave her the look she knew she had crossed a line, and it was so funny."So do you like him like I thought then? Or is it someone else?" she said next as she slowly settled from her laughing.

PostSubject: Re: calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir EmptySun Nov 19, 2017 8:13 am

Freyja nodded along as Sofie was basically agreeing with everything she’d just said. The blonde was glad that Sofie was actually seeing the wisdom behind her words and not just brushing them off as ‘overprotective big sister nonsense’. While she most certainly was an overprotective big sister, the only reason she really worried about Sofie any longer was because she knew the sort of mischief the seventeen year old could get up to when she was feeling creative.

While she wasn’t surprised when Sofie thanked her for her help, she was a bit when her sister called her ‘very helpful’. She did try to be helpful, and let the four of them deal with things in their own ways, but she didn’t really expect them to notice it very often. She was glad that Sofie did. This time, at least. “Thanks, Sofie,” she answered, smiling at the younger girl.

Laughing out loud again at her reaction to Freyja’s offer to gather the spiders for her, the blonde simply nodded. “Okay, it’s a deal. You’re very dedicated to this!” she told her, as Sofie admitted she was willing to face her fears just to get back at Freydis. She didn’t really know why, but things like spiders, frogs, fish, and other creepy crawling insects and animals had never really phased Freyja in the way they did most of her sisters. But she was glad of it. It would be hard to live in their house if every one of them ran around screeching when a spider crawled across the floor.

Sofie’s next comments Freyja didn’t find funny at all. “Stop calling him old, Sofie. He’s only a few years older than I am, and I’m not old.” She was sure to send a hint of a glare in the frú’s direction, assuming Sofie would disagree with the statement. She was eleven years older than her sister, after all. “I don’t think he’d be as thrilled as you seem to believe. I would prefer you didn’t include him in your schemes, and I think you would as well, if you really considered what it could mean if he found out about it.” Was she going to need to make a list of the people who should be off-limits for Sofie’s pranks? Granted, such a list would probably just put an even larger target on their backs, as her sister was quite contrary and didn’t appreciate being told what to do. But Freyja would hope such a thing wouldn’t even be necessary by now.

When Sofie had gone on to discuss her plan that included Hakon, Freyja had immediately been against that one as well, but it was her sister’s ridiculous statements that had her frowning at her now. “Do you really say things like this just to see the reactions you can get out of people?” The blonde was shaking her head, not at all certain where this behavior came from. It was dangerous. One day, Sofie was going to say the wrong thing to the wrong person and get herself into a lot of trouble. This was one of the reasons Freyja had been so on board with her decision to become a shield maiden. At least, when that day came, hopefully Sofie would be skilled enough to protect herself.

No, I don’t ‘like’ him. He’s a friend of mine, just like Haskell, just like a lot of people.” Where did she even come up with ideas like these? “And there is no ‘someone else’ either. And anyway, like I was saying: Hakon wouldn’t do that, and you don’t want to win a fight like that, no matter how satisfying the look on their face might be.” Honestly, was she seventeen, or seven?

calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir Empty
PostSubject: Re: calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir EmptyMon Nov 20, 2017 2:19 am

Sofie smiled at her sister when she heard her say “Thanks, Sofie,” to the fact that she said she was helpful. It was true, sure Freyja annoyed her to no end some days with her nagging, but she was the best older sister she could ever ask for. Sofie knew she really cared about all of her sisters. So all of her annoying moments were because she cared and wanted the best for her sisters. So Sofie just nodded her head to her sister. There weren't any other words she wanted to say at the moment, because she had told her how she felt. And she wasn't super great with giving compliments. She was much better as giving sass and playing pranks. Mostly because she kept her feelings inside and to herself. Rarely letting them out, only in moments she thought were important.

The smile only got bigger when Freyja said “Okay, it’s a deal. You’re very dedicated to this!” to her getting the spiders instead of Sofie having to do it herself. "Of Course I am. It's a great idea, and it will hold me off until I can challenge her." she said to her sister. Sofie wanted to make sure she was one hundred percent sure she could beat the shield maiden. She would not make a fool of herself, not again anyways. She wants to move up in the ranks as fast as she can, not be stuck a frú for the rest of her life. When Freyja started talking about her plan with Haskell she tried not to laugh. “Stop calling him old, Sofie. He’s only a few years older than I am, and I’m not old.” she said first and sofie bit her lip to keep quite. She didn't think Freyja was old, but Haskell had been seventeen when Sofie was born. Thats a bit older than her.

“I don’t think he’d be as thrilled as you seem to believe. I would prefer you didn’t include him in your schemes, and I think you would as well, if you really considered what it could mean if he found out about it.” her sister said next. "Fine I'll leave him out of it okay! But he is seventeen years older than I. Thats oldish to me. But no your not old...But do you think he would think I'm pretty?" she said to her sister. Trying to see if she can get a rise out of her. She loved to see what kinds of faces Freyja could make when she was frustrated or annoyed. She had a lot of different expressions she used for all kinds of different situation. Many more than Sofie's other sisters as well. So it made it even more fun to do it to her.

When Sofie had calmed down a little bit from her laughing she heard her sister say “Do you really say things like this just to see the reactions you can get out of people?” and Sofie just nodded her head quickly, trying not to laugh more. “No, I don’t ‘like’ him. He’s a friend of mine, just like Haskell, just like a lot of people.” she said next and that stopped her laughing. Raising an eyebrow as to say really at her sister she was about to say something when Freyja spoke again.“And there is no ‘someone else’ either. And anyway, like I was saying: Hakon wouldn’t do that, and you don’t want to win a fight like that, no matter how satisfying the look on their face might be.” she said to her sister."I was never really going to go with that plan. To many lose ends, like you said Hankon won't do it anyways. It was just a way to bring him up." she said first before crossing her arms over her chest.

"I think you should do some thinking. Because I bet the idea of me going there right now and hitting on him upsets you in more ways then you would like to admit." standing up she shrugged her shoulders before smiling once more."But thanks for talking to me, and offering to get the spiders. I'll need those by the end of the week please!" she said with a smile before walking over and hugging her once and quick."And don't be mad at me. If I'm wrong I'll never bring it up again. But you have to look me in the eyes and tell me I'm wrong right this moment." Sofie said as she stood up from the hug.

PostSubject: Re: calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir calming the beast-Freyja Stafnsdóttir EmptyTue Nov 21, 2017 10:12 am

Freyja truly was impressed with Sofie’s determination, even if she didn’t fully support her immature pranks. Hopefully she’d outgrow it sooner rather than later, but Freyja wasn’t going to hold her breath. As long as Sofie wasn’t getting up to any real trouble, the blonde tried to stay out of it.

When Sofie agreed that the spider plan would be good, Freyja was a bit disappointed when she heard her add the bit about being ready to challenge her. She’d secretly been hoping her sister would give up on the whole challenging her idea, and simply stick to the spiders, now that Freyja had offered to assist her. Wouldn’t showering someone with spiders be bad enough? Did she really need to do both? Apparently so.

Listening as the brunette told her that Haskell was seventeen years older than her and that no, she didn’t think Freyja was old, and then finally asking if she thought Haskell would think Sofie was pretty, the shipbuilder rolled her eyes. Gods, she could be vain sometimes! “You are pretty, Sofie, but I’m not certain Haskell looks at the women he trains like that.” If he was thinking about pretty they all were, he wouldn’t have much time to train them, would he? “But who knows how men think? So, maybe?” She didn’t want to encourage this sort of behavior or line of thinking, but what was she supposed to do? Lie? Freyja didn’t lie.

She glared at her younger sister a bit as she continued to spout nonsense about the blacksmith. Why was she suddenly so interested in Hakon? Where had these questions even come from? Freyja had been friends with him for five years now, and she couldn’t remember anyone ever asking her anything like this before.

I don’t need to do anything thinking, thank you very much. I’m allowed to be friends with men without being in love with them, or whatever it is you think I feel for Hakon. The idea of you hitting on him only upsets me because he doesn’t deserve to be involved in your pranks, and I wish you’d leave my friends out of this stuff.” How long would they want to stay friends with her with Sofie bothering them and playing pranks on them all the time? She wasn’t a good enough friend to either of them for them to put up with her sister’s childish games.

Freyja returned Sofie’s hug, but rolled her eyes and groaned upon discovering the Hakon subject had not yet been dropped. She took a deep breath, looked Sofie straight in the face and told her, “You’re wrong. I don’t have feelings for Hakon. Please leave him alone.” She stood up finally and pushed away from the table. “And I’ll get you your spiders.

Sofie smiled when her sister said “You are pretty, Sofie, but I’m not certain Haskell looks at the women he trains like that.” to her in response to what she had said before. That was true, it would be hard to work and train if you were thinking about how pretty someone was. Plus she had just been trying to mess with her sister some more, and she didn't get the reaction she wanted anyways. “But who knows how men think? So, maybe?” Freyja said next and Sofie smiled more."Men often think with the wrong head from what I have learned when it comes to women. Bur I'm sure you are right, he thinks about training and tries to not get distracted. He's a good man, and I'll stop, for now." she told her sister before having herself a good big yawn. She had hoped Freyja would get more annoyed, but she was done picking and joking about Haskell for now. She would leave it alone. She had other things she had to get done today, and if she didn't drop it for now they could be here all day.

When Freyja spoke again Sofie stayed quite for a moment after she said “I don’t need to do anything thinking, thank you very much. I’m allowed to be friends with men without being in love with them, or whatever it is you think I feel for Hakon. The idea of you hitting on him only upsets me because he doesn’t deserve to be involved in your pranks, and I wish you’d leave my friends out of this stuff.” Didn't Freyja see that, that just made her want to prank these people more. Making a list of people she was to leave alone was like asking her to mess with them more then she already did. So maybe her sister really didn't like Hankon that way. However Sofie was almost sure the man liked her sister in that way. She liked him, and in her weird way. This was her trying to see if her sister liked him too. Sofie wouldn't mind Freyja to marry someone like Hankon. He was a good man, he worked hard and was kind for the most part. He would take good care of her eldest sister, and that was all she wanted. "Okay, well don't worry. I view him more as a brother then anything. I'm just messing with you." was all she said to her sister.

After their hug and her challenge to her sister to look her in the eyes Sofie saw that Freyja didn't  like him that way and she had been wrong. “You’re wrong. I don’t have feelings for Hakon. Please leave him alone.” was what she had said to her. Frowning Sofie just said "Fine I'll drop this topic for now, but I won't leave him alone. He's not prank free, sorry." she told her sister as she walked toward the door. “And I’ll get you your spiders.” she heard Freyja say next and she nodded her head in thanks before waving goodbye and heading out the door. She was kind of sad that it seemed like she had been wrong. Freyja and Hankon would be good together, and her picking and jokes about it was her way of saying she didn't mind the situation. That she would like him and her to get together. Sofie just didn't know how to say it to her sister in a more nonjoking away she guessed. Maybe she should work on that while she played a joke on her sister Rúna.
