Personality: Cold and distant. People don’t even try to get close to her anymore. She has the tendency to betray others who trust her just to get what she wants. She also doesn’t care if other get hurt as long as she is safe. She’s very selfish but polite, people usually consider her fake.

Appearence: Gyda is very pretty, with long and wavy red hair crowning her flawless face. Her eyes are big and dark as a black hole. She has a lovely smile and uses it to appeal people when she needs something.


History: Gyda’s parents weren’t married when they found out Helga was pregnant. They weren’t in love and Hjorvarth isn’t Gyda’s real father, but she doesn’t know it. The girl’s parents were great friends and Hjorvarth decided to marry Helga to help her, knowing she needed support due to the soon-to-be-born child.
Few months after Gyda’s birth, her mother left Skagerrak without a word, not caring about leaving the girl and Hjorvarth alone. The man, whose heart was kind and loving, couldn’t even think about abandoning the newborn, so he just kept her with him, becoming a real father to Gyda.

Thanks to her father, Gyda grew up strong and loved, even though she knew her mother abandoned her, for reasons she was unaware of. Her father was a blacksmith, a physically strong man with a soft personality. He would love to play with her daughter, following every strange and creative idea the girl would come up with as a new game. One day, when she was 12 years old, the two of them were playing on an iced lake, when the ice beneath Gyda’s feet broke and the girl fell into the water. Her dad immediately jumped to save her, but died once he got her out of the water. Almost five hours passed, and Gyda was still waiting in tears for her father to return, but he never did.

After her father’s dead, Gyda started to care only about herself. That life her mother didn’t want to have anything to do with, Hjorvarth didn’t hesitate to save, and now, that same life was the thing Gyda cared about the most.
Being able to defend herself was her priority and in order to do that she needed to become stronger. That’s why she decided to pursue the military path, to be strong and able to honor his father’s memory by accomplishing great things, with every possible means.
