Open threads
When you have written a thread for nobody in specific, it is called an open thread. That means everybody is allowed to respond to that thread. To make people clear that your thread is open, you can write this in the title. There are many ways to do so:
Title of thread | OPEN Title of thread - OPEN Title of thread [OPEN] Title of thread Tag: OPEN
None of these is the 'most' correct. Just do what suits your style.
When you have created your open thread, you can post it in this topic. It's a place (see it as a market) where all the open threads will be collected. So if you are looking for one to respond to with your character, there is the place you have to be.
